Not a blog,A library.

THE OPENING

Most companies publish content. We are building a body of work.

A blog is a stream: yesterday's thinking sinks within a week. Authority compounds in the opposite direction. The piece that mattered three years ago should be easier to find, not harder. Insights is organised as a library, not a blog.

THE INVITATION

The invitation:The Authority Letter.

Once a week, we publish a longer piece: the kind of thinking that doesn't fit in a LinkedIn post and doesn't deserve to be lost in a feed. It goes by email first, archive second. If you read this site, you should read the Letter.

Free. One piece a week. Unsubscribe in one click.

A NOTE ON FREQUENCY

We publish when we have something to say.

Some weeks that means three pieces. Some weeks it means none. We are not optimising for content volume, because authority does not compound that way. If you want to follow the work, the Letter is the most reliable signal.
